Our flagship test, NavDx, is a breakthrough blood-based DNA test for HPV cancers, clinically proven and already trusted by thousands of physicians and institutions across the U.S.
Opportunity
The Marketing Manager will lead integrated patient and healthcare provider (HCP) marketing initiatives to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement with the NavDx® blood test.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing HCP specific strategies that educate, build awareness, and drive demand, while also supporting patient awareness and engagement throughout the care journey. The ideal candidate is a strong cross-functional collaborator who can translate strategy into execution by partnering closely with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, medical education, reimbursement, marketing access, and support.
Job Responsibilities
Integrated Marketing Strategy
- Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports both HCP adoption and patient engagement for the NavDx test.
- Identify opportunities to improve awareness and utilization across the full patient journey, from diagnosis through surveillance
HCP Marketing
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting healthcare providers, including oncologists, surgeons, and care teams.
- Partner with the Medical Education Manager to align marketing initiatives with clinical education priorities.
- Translate clinical insights and data into clear, compelling marketing strategies and campaign direction.
Patient Engagement
- Partner with the Patient Engagement Manager to support development and execution of patient engagement programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient awareness, understanding, and adherence to surveillance testing.
Campaign Development
- Lead execution of integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, events, and field channels.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to amplify educational and awareness initiatives across channels.
- Support Naveris presence at medical congresses, patient events, and community programs.
Analytics and Performance Tracking
- Measure and analyze performance of campaigns across both patient and HCP audiences.
- Use insights to optimize programs and improve engagement and adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in healthcare, diagnostics, biotech, or pharmaceutical marketing.
- Experience developing both HCP and patient-facing marketing programs.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, particularly with content, medical, and patient-focused teams.
- Strong understanding of clinical marketing and patient engagement strategies.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Experience in oncology, diagnostics, or precision medicine preferred.
- Event logistics/management skills preferred.
- Strong analytics capabilities.

All roles at Naveris require compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of HIPAA and acceptance and adherence to all policies and standards at Naveris. Personnel acknowledges they are personally responsible for reporting any suspected violations or abuse and are required to complete HIPAA training when joining the company.

Salary Range : $80,000-$150,000
