Naveris, a commercial stage precision oncology company based near Boston, MA, is looking for a Corporate Development Associate to help us deliver on our Mission to develop novel diagnostics that transform cancer detection and improve patient outcomes. Our flagship test, NavDx, is a breakthrough blood-based DNA test for HPV-induced cancers, clinically proven and already trusted by tens of thousands of patients and physicians across the U.S.
Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Corporate Development Associate to support executive level reporting requirements and strategic projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reporting and analytics, working with the C-Suite, boards, and investors. This is a hybrid position based in our Waltham MA office.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the VP, Finance & Administration with a dotted line to the CEO, you will support a variety of operational and financial functions across the company. Duties include:
- Maintain, manage, and track key performance indicators and operational metrics across the Company
- Support the CEO, VP, Finance and Administration, and Executive Chairman of the board in reporting for the Board of Directors, investors, and other key stakeholders
- Manage processes for engagement with strategic partners and investors.
- Support external business development efforts in coordination with the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Affairs leadership
- Develop investor presentations, board materials, and strategic reports
- Perform strategic projects and analytics for the leadership team
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in the life sciences, medical device, or biopharma industry, preferably in the diagnostic sector
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or other strategic advisory roles
- Demonstrated ability to build complex models, including market models, long-range financial plans, and transaction/valuation specific models
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and exercise informal authority to gather inputs and data
- Track record of using data and analysis to draw out actionable insights to drive initiatives and investments across the organization
- Experience in a start-up environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- BS degree, preferably in business/finance/economics or a life sciences discipline

All roles at Naveris require compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of HIPAA and acceptance and adherence to all policies and standards at Naveris.
