About Us

Would you like to be part of a fast-growing team that believes no one should have to succumb to viral-mediated cancers? Naveris, a commercial stage, precision oncology diagnostics company with facilities in Boston, MA and Durham, NC, is looking for an Associate Territory Manager - Florida team member to help us advance our mission of developing and delivering novel diagnostics that transform cancer detection and improve patient outcomes. Our flagship test, NavDx, is a breakthrough blood-based DNA test for HPV cancers, clinically proven and already trusted by thousands of physicians and institutions across the U.S.

Opportunity

This is a newly created role — the first of its kind at Naveris — and a meaningful opportunity to shape what an Associate Territory Manager looks like at a high-growth diagnostics company. You will report directly to and work alongside the Regional Portfolio Manager for Florida, supporting one of the company’s highest volume territories.

This role is designed for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a foundation in oncology diagnostics sales. You will start with a heavy focus on sales operations and account support, with a clear path toward taking on more direct commercial responsibility over time. The expectation is not to replace field activity — it’s to make the territory run better and grow faster.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Territory Administration

  • Manage and resolve problem log cases related to test orders, sample issues, and account discrepancies
  • Upload, maintain, and monitor territory data in Salesforce CRM with accuracy and consistency

  • Assess and manage expired kit inventory across accounts; coordinate replenishment as needed
  • Provide structured territory reporting and field feedback to the Regional Portfolio Manager

  • Support onboarding, workflow integration, and sustained NavDx® utilization at existing accounts
  • Serve as a day-to-day resource for office staff, nurses, and administrators on ordering processes and logistics
  • Monitor account-level test utilization trends and surface drop-offs or growth opportunities to the senior rep
  • Build and maintain relationships across the full care team to keep accounts active and engaged

Commercial Development (Growth Path)

  • Assist with prospecting activity, including identifying new accounts and gathering data on target physicians
  • Support field initiatives for new NavDx® indications (Anal Cancer, NavDxGyn™) at existing accounts
  • Join and eventually lead clinical conversations with providers as experience grows
  • Engage with ENT / Head & Neck Surgeons, Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, and Colorectal Surgeons under the direction of the Regional Portfolio Manager

Requirements

  • College degree required. Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline preferred.
  • 0–2 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or a clinical/administrative-facing role
  • Exposure to oncology, molecular diagnostics, or surgical specialties preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage high-volume tasks across a large territory
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of follow-through
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred) and standard business software
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned Florida territory-50%+ travel
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and dependable — you get things done without being told twice
  • A self-starter who is energized by building something new and figuring out what works
  • Clinically curious with the drive to grow into a field-facing commercial role over time
  • Strong communicator who can manage expectations with both internal teams and external customers
  • Competitive and accountable — you care about the numbers and your contribution to them
